How to Use Homey Stays
1. Search for a Property
Easily find your perfect home by using the search form on the homepage. You can filter properties by:
- Keyword: Use terms like "2BHK" or "furnished" to find specific types of properties.
- Location: Narrow down your search to a specific area in Ahmedabad.
- Status: Choose whether you want to Rent, Buy, or find other types of properties.
- Filters: Refine your search further by price range, number of beds, baths, and other features.
2. Register and Login
To get started, click the Login button to create your account. We'll send a one-time password (OTP) to your email to quickly and securely verify your identity.
3. Aadhaar Verification
We take security and authenticity seriously. During registration or when you submit a property, you'll need to upload a clear image of your Aadhaar card. Our system uses advanced OCR technology to verify your Aadhaar number, name, and date of birth, ensuring that all users are legitimate.
4. Submit Your Property
Once you're logged in and your Aadhaar is verified, you can list your property by visiting the Submit Property page. Just provide a title, upload high-quality images (front, back, and inside), add the address with a map, and fill in the basic details. Please note, each user can only submit up to 2 properties to prevent spam and maintain quality.
5. Property Verification
After submission, our team reviews your uploaded images to check for AI-generated or fake content and to verify the GPS watermark. This rigorous process helps us ensure that every listing on Homey Stays is real and trustworthy, giving you peace of mind.
